Deine Aufgaben

Als Software Engineer (m/w/d) bei natif.ai arbeitest Du direkt an der Entwicklung unserer KI-basierten Produkte und Dienstleistungen. Du bist verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und Implementierung leistungsfähiger Backend-Systeme, die unsere KI-Algorithmen unterstützen und skalieren. Dein Einsatz trägt entscheidend dazu bei, unsere Vision in realisierbare Lösungen umzusetzen.

Du entwickelst Backend-Services in Python und betreibst diese auf unserer eigenen Infrastruktur
Du bist verantwortlich für das Design und die Implementierung von RESTful APIs und Microservices zur Unterstützung unserer KI-Features
Du arbeitest mit unseren Machine Learning Ingenieuren zusammen zur Integration und Skalierung von KI-Modellen
Du stellst die Systemstabilität und -performanz sicher durch automatisierte Tests und Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Praktiken
Du leistest einen Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Entwicklungsprozesse und Technologiestacks
Du bist aktiv an der Mitgestaltung unserer KI-Strategie und -Architektur beteiligt
Du arbeitest in agilen Teams, angelehnt an Scrum und Kanban

Dein Profil

Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Python
Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Backend-Lösungen und Microservices
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Mathematik, Physik oder einem artverwandten Studiengang; dabei ist ein Schwerpunkt in Softwareentwicklung ein Plus
Du bringst Erfahrung mit gängigen Frameworks und Technologien im Python-Ökosystem mit (z.B. Django, Flask, FastAPI)
Du hast bereits mit großen Datenmengen in relationalen oder NoSQL Datenbanksystemen gearbeitet
Du bist vertraut mit Docker, Kubernetes und Cloud-Infrastrukturen (AWS, GCP, Azure), sowie CI/CD-Pipelines
Du bist ein Teamplayer und verfügst über Innovationsgeist sowie die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und/oder Englisch

Your mission

As a Software Engineer (m/f/d) at natif.ai, you work directly on the development of our AI-based products and services. You are responsible for the design and implementation of powerful backend systems that support and scale our AI algorithms. Your efforts play a key role in turning our vision into realizable solutions.

You develop backend services in Python and run them on our own infrastructure
You are responsible for the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and microservices to support our AI features
You work with our machine learning engineers to integrate and scale AI models
You ensure system stability and performance through automated testing and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
You contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and technology stacks
You are actively involved in shaping our AI strategy and architecture
You work in agile teams, based on Scrum and Kanban

Your profile

You have at least 2 years of experience in software development with Python
You have sound knowledge in the development of backend solutions and microservices
You have a degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or a related field of study; a focus on software development is a plus
You have experience with common frameworks and technologies in the Python ecosystem (e.g. Django, Flask, FastAPI)
You have already worked with large amounts of data in relational or NoSQL database systems
You are familiar with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure), as well as CI/CD pipelines
You are a team player and have an innovative spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
You are fluent in German and/or English
