Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Quality Assurance Tester (m/w/d) spielst Du eine essenzielle Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der Qualität unserer Plattform zur KI-basierten Dokumentenverarbeitung. Du kennst jedes Detail unserer Plattform, kannst Dich perfekt in unsere Kunden hineinversetzen, und hast Lust, Verantwortung für Testprozesse zu übernehmen. Konkret erwarten Dich folgende Aufgaben:

Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Pflege von Testplänen, Testfällen und Testskripten
Du führst manuelle und automatisierte Tests zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität durch
Du kümmerst Dich um die Dokumentation und Analyse von Testergebnissen sowie die Erstellung detaillierter Fehlermeldungen
Du testest die Grenzen unserer KI: Du erstellst Use Cases, die gezielt Fehler der KI provozieren, um die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der KI-Lösung im Blick zu behalten
Du führst Regressionstests durch und stellst sicher, dass bestehende Funktionalitäten nach Änderungen weiterhin fehlerfrei funktionieren
Du bist verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Leistungstests zur Bewertung der Produktperformance unter verschiedenen Bedingungen
Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklern und Produktmanagern zusammen zur Identifikation und Behebung von Fehlern
Du validierst die Produktanforderungen und stellst sicher, dass diese in den Testszenarien abgedeckt sind
Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Pflege von Dashboards zur kontinuierlichen Überwachung der Softwarequalität
Du kümmerst Dich um die Analyse und Identifikation von Testautomatisierungsmöglichkeiten sowie die Implementierung entsprechender Lösungen

Dein Profil

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder Softwareentwicklung oder einem verwandten Bereich
Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung von Softwareprodukten mit (manuelles Testen, automatisiertes Testen, Pflege von Testplänen, Erstellung detaillierter Fehlermeldungen)
Du verfügst über ISTQB®-Zertifizierungen im Bereich Software Testing oder vergleichbare Zertifizierungen
Du hast Erfahrung mit Testframeworks wie Cypress oder Playwright
Wenn Du Kenntnisse in Vue.js und Python mitbringst, ist das ein Plus
Du bist selbstmotiviert, detailorientiert, engagiert und in der Lage, in einem dynamischen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten
Starkes analytisches und systematisches Denken zeichnet Dich aus
Du hast ein hohes Kunden- und Nutzerverständnis
Du verfügst über grundlegende Kenntnisse von KI-Technologien
Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams, einschließlich UX-Design, Entwicklung und Produktmanagement
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

Your mission

As a Senior Quality Assurance Tester (m/f/d), you play an essential role in ensuring the quality of our platform for AI-based document processing. You know every detail of our platform, can perfectly empathize with our customers and are keen to take responsibility for test processes. Specifically, the following tasks await you:

You are responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of test plans, test cases and test scripts
You carry out manual and automated tests to ensure product quality
You take care of the documentation and analysis of test results as well as the creation of detailed error messages
You test the limits of our AI: You create use cases that specifically provoke AI errors in order to keep an eye on the possibilities and limits of the AI solution
You carry out regression tests and ensure that existing functionalities continue to work without errors after changes
You are responsible for conducting performance tests to evaluate product performance under various conditions
You work closely with developers and product managers to identify and fix bugs
You validate product requirements and ensure they are covered in the test scenarios
You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of dashboards for the continuous monitoring of software quality
You take care of the analysis and identification of test automation possibilities as well as the implementation of appropriate solutions

Your profile

You have a degree in computer science or software development or a related field
You have at least three years of experience in quality assurance of software products (manual testing, automated testing, maintenance of test plans, creation of detailed error messages)
You have ISTQB® certifications in the field of software testing or comparable certifications
You have experience with test frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright
If you have knowledge of Vue.js and Python, that's a plus
You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, dedicated and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
You are characterized by strong analytical and systematic thinking
You have a high level of customer and user understanding
You have basic knowledge of AI technologies
You have experience in working with interdisciplinary teams, including UX design, development and product management
You are fluent in German and English
