Deine Aufgaben

Als Product Manager (m/w/d) spielst Du eine essenzielle Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform zur KI-basierten Dokumentenverarbeitung. Du kennst jedes Detail unserer Plattform, bist mit Kolleg:innen und mit Kunden im Austausch, um Probleme und Ideen zu diskutieren, planst und evaluierst Verbesserungsideen und kümmerst Dich um die kontinuierliche Umsetzung der wichtigsten Anpassungen:

Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Produktstrategie, um Produkte zu schaffen, die Kunden lieben
Product Discovery:
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifizierung von Marktchancen
- Du validierst neue Produktideen durch Nutzerinterviews und Usability-Tests
- Du erstellst und priorisierst Produktanforderungen und User Stories zur Maximierung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Du arbeitest mit UX-Designern zusammen, um benutzerfreundliche Prototypen zu erstellen
Product Delivery:
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Koordination der termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Umsetzung in einem interdisziplinären Team
- Du unterstützt das Entwicklungsteam bei der Beseitigung von Hindernissen und der Lösung technischer Probleme
- Du bist in enger Abstimmung mit der Qualitätssicherung zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Förderung eines iterativen und agilen Entwicklungsansatzes mit schnellem Testen und Lernen
Du überwachst die Produktperformance und analysierst KPIs zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
Kommunikation:
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Kommunikation der Produktstrategie, -roadmap, und -fortschritte an Stakeholder innerhalb der Firma
- Du arbeitest mit dem Marketingteam zusammen, um Produktverbesserungen nach außen zu kommunizieren

Dein Profil

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft mit technischem Schwerpunkt oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
Du bist selbstmotiviert, engagiert und in der Lage, in einem dynamischen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten
Du bringst hohe Kundenorientierung und tiefes Nutzerverständnis mit
Du hast grundlegende Kenntnisse von KI-Technologien
Du verfügst über hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Du bist gut im analytischen und problemorientierten Denken zur kontinuierlichen Produktverbesserung
Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis von Product Discovery und Product Delivery Prozessen
Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Softwareentwicklung oder KI
Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Pflege von Produkt-Roadmaps und Strategien gesammelt
Du bringst nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Nutzerinterviews mit
Du bist in der Lage, komplizierte Themenkomplexe in sinnvolle, inkrementelle Schritte zu unterteilen
Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams, einschließlich UX-Design, Entwicklung und Qualitätssicherung

Your mission

As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you play an essential role in the further development of our platform for AI-based document processing. You know every detail of our platform, interact with colleagues and customers to discuss problems and ideas, plan and evaluate improvement ideas and take care of the continuous implementation of the most important adjustments:

You are responsible for developing and implementing the product strategy to create products that customers love
Product Discovery:
- You take care of conducting market and competitive analyses to identify market opportunities
- You validate new product ideas through user interviews and usability tests
- You create and prioritize product requirements and user stories to maximize customer satisfaction
- You work with UX designers to create user-friendly prototypes
Product Delivery:
- You are responsible for coordinating the timely and high-quality implementation in an interdisciplinary team
- You support the development team in removing obstacles and solving technical problems
- You are in close coordination with quality assurance to ensure product quality
- You are responsible for promoting an iterative and agile development approach with rapid testing and learning
You monitor product performance and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement
Communication:
- You are responsible for communicating the product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders within the company
- You work with the marketing team to communicate product improvements to the outside world

Your profile

You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration with a technical focus or a similar field
You are self-motivated, committed and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
You are highly customer-oriented and have a deep understanding of users
You have basic knowledge of AI technologies
You have excellent communication skills
You are good at analytical and problem-oriented thinking for continuous product improvement
You have a sound understanding of product discovery and product delivery processes
You have several years of experience in product management, ideally in the field of software development or AI
You have already gained experience in the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps and strategies
You have demonstrable experience in conducting user interviews
You are able to break down complex topics into meaningful, incremental steps
You have experience in working with interdisciplinary teams, including UX design, development and quality assurance
You are fluent in German and English
