Deine Aufgaben

Als DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) bei natif.ai arbeitest Du mit dem Infrastruktur-Team und dem Backend-Team an der Implementierung und Optimierung unseres KI-basierten Produkts in einer Azure Cloud-Umgebung. Du trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere Vision in realisierbare Lösungen zu verwandeln.

Du bist verantwortlich für das Design und die Implementierung von automatisierter Cloud-Orchestrierung, Benchmarking, Monitoring und CI/CD-Skripten.
Du arbeitest mit unserem Infrastruktur-, Backend- und Machine Learning-Team zusammen, um unsere Plattform in die Azure Cloud zu integrieren und zu skalieren
Du stellst die Systemstabilität und -leistung durch automatisierte Tests und Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Verfahren sicher
Du trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Entwicklungsprozesse und Technologie-Stacks bei
Du bist aktiv an der Gestaltung unserer Integrationsstrategie und -architektur beteiligt
Du bist bereit, Studierende zu betreuen und auszubilden

Dein Profil

Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Softwareentwicklung und 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit gängigen Frameworks im Python-Ökosystem
Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse von Lösungen, die als Microservices auf Linux-Distributionen konzipiert sind
Du hast Erfahrung mit Containerisierungstechnologien wie Docker und Kubernetes
Du bringst Erfahrung mit Ansible und/oder anderer Kommandozeilen-IT-Automatisierungssoftware mit
Du bist sehr vertraut mit Linux-Distributionen (Ubuntu, Centos, Redhat, Debian) und Virtualisierungs-Frameworks
Du kennst Dich mit CI/CD und Orchestrierungs-Frameworks aus
Du hast bereits mit großen Datenmengen in relationalen oder NoSQL-Datenbanksystemen gearbeitet
Du bist ein innovativer Teamplayer und es gefällt Dir, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und/oder Englisch

Your mission

As a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) at natif.ai, you’ll work directly with the Infrastructure and the Backend team on the implementation and the optimization of our AI-based products and services on an Azure Cloud environment. Your efforts play a key role in turning our vision into realizable solutions.

You are responsible for the design and implementation of automated cloud orchestration, benchmarking, monitoring and CI/CD scripts.
You work with our infrastructure, backend and machine learning engineers to integrate and scale our platform to Azure Cloud
You ensure system stability and performance through automated testing and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
You contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and technology stacks
You are actively involved in shaping our integration strategy and architecture
You are willing to mentor and train students

Your profile

You have at least 5 years of experience in software development and 2 years with common frameworks in the Python ecosystem
You have sound knowledge of solutions designed as microservices on linux distributions
You have experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
You have experience with Ansible and/or other command-line IT automation software
You are very familiar with linux distributions (Ubuntu, Centos, Redhat, Debian) and virtualisation frameworks
You are familiar with CI/CD and orchestration frameworks
You have already worked with large amounts of data in relational or NoSQL database systems
You are a team player and have an innovative spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
You are fluent in German and/or English
